Terms and Conditions

All Minecraft plugins, server software, configurations, and digital assets published on Synpixel are licensed, not sold. When you purchase or receive access to a resource, Synpixel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the compiled binary subject to the following conditions:

• Network Scope: Each purchased license authorizes deployment across servers within a single server network operated directly by the registered purchaser.
• DRM & License Keys: Plugins utilizing DRM require an authentic license key bound to your account. You agree not to manipulate, bypass, circumvent, or disable license verification routines, authentication servers, or heartbeat calls.
• Strict Anti-Piracy / No Leaking: You are strictly forbidden from distributing, sublicensing, leasing, renting, sharing, or publishing the software, binary files, license keys, or configuration samples on any public or private forums, Discord guilds, or leak repositories.
• Decompilation & Modification: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying bytecode is permitted solely for private server optimization and configuration, provided no portions of the code are distributed or stripped of DRM verification.

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods (including compiled .jar plugins and .zip bundles), all sales are final upon delivery.

• Instant Fulfillment: Purchases completed through Stripe or external marketplace verification provide immediate download access and license key entitlement in your Synpixel account.
• Strictly No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are strictly non-refundable and final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or charge adjustments under any circumstances (including server incompatibilities, configuration issues, or software defects) unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Synpixel management at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or fully compatible operation on all hosting platforms or third-party server environments.
• Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without prior written contact with our support team constitutes a breach of contract. Upon notice of a dispute, your licenses will be instantly terminated, your access to all Synpixel resources revoked, and your account banned from the network.
